This policy explains how DSGR Growth Studio handles information submitted through our website, our Free Digital Presence Review form, email and telephone.

Information you choose to share

The review form requests your name, business name, email address and service interests. You may also provide a phone number, website or social media URL, and a description of your business’s digital challenges. Phone numbers and URLs are optional. Please avoid submitting passwords, payment information or other sensitive personal information.

How we use information

We use your information to review your business’s digital presence, respond to your request, discuss relevant services and manage any resulting business relationship. We do not sell the information you submit.

Permission to contact you

The form includes a required, initially unchecked permission box. By checking it and submitting your request, you allow DSGR Growth Studio to contact you by email or at the phone number you provide about that request. This permission does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing or authorize automated marketing calls or texts. You may ask us to stop further contact at any time.

Form processing and technical services

Tally hosts and processes the review form on our behalf. When you submit it, your answers are stored in our Tally account and a notification is sent to our business email. Copies may be retained in our email account while we handle your inquiry.

Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the form from spam and may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, and interactions needed to distinguish people from automated submissions. Cloudflare hosts our website and may process technical data needed to deliver and secure it. These providers may process information outside your country.

Cookies and analytics

We have not added Google Analytics, advertising pixels or other advertising trackers to this version of the website. Embedded form and security providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. If we add analytics or change our practices, we will update this policy.

Retention and protection

We retain inquiry information only as reasonably needed to respond to your request, manage a resulting business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. We restrict access to people who need the information for those purposes and to the providers supporting this process. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
